Sunglasses

Vision Express offers a one year guarantee on all manufacturing errors related to sunglasses. However, if you are unhappy with the sunglasses purchased, you can get it replaced within 10 days on presenting the original invoice. Naturally, the sunglasses that are being returned must be undamaged.

Contact Lenses

Vision Express offers a one year guarantee, from the date of purchase, on all manufacturing errors related to contact lenses. However, if you are unhappy with the contact lenses purchased please visit our contact lens specialist. This works to ensure 100% satisfaction. Please note that exceeding the usage time of the lenses could cause serious problems to the eye. Vision Express will not be able to offer guarantees if the lenses have exceeded their usage limit.

Spectacle Lenses

Vision Express offers a one year guarantee on all manufacturing errors related to spectacles. We also offer 60 day replacement guarantee on your spectacles. In case of any discomfort please contact the respective store manager who will be glad to assist you.
